Two things. First, we are home builders and REALTORS®. That means if home building isn’t the right avenue for you and your family at this time, we still have ample resources at our disposal to get you into a new home. Second, we believe in simplified processes, innovative concepts, and functional design. Our end goal is to build a home that will stand the test of time while simultaneously making the process as hassle-free as possible for our clients.

That depends on you and your situation. We can take care of the construction loan until it’s time for you to buy, or you can obtain a construction loan on custom projects. That’s one of the many perks of going with home builders who also understand the lending process.

Yes! We offer a 10-year warranty on our homes, unlike many of our competitors. Why? Because it takes an extra amount of work to get approved for warranties.
